This is such an easy chicken to do, but packs a ton of flavor! I liked to call this my “Dump & Go Chicken”. Similar to my garlic chicken where you just dump all the ingredients in a zip lock bag and forget about it! In this recipe, the chicken is the star of the show (even though the salad is huge!). A lot of flavor packed into this chicken with little effort.
Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts – use as many as you need, trimmed of all fat
Fat Free Italian dressing
Dump chicken, dressing, and seasonings into a zip lock bag. Shake or mix it all together well, making sure you distribute the seasoning and dressing over each piece of chicken. Put it in the fridge to marinate for 24 hours.
Grill until done (my favorite way to cook it)
Air fryer – cook on pre-set temp for approximately 25-30 minutes (depending on size of chicken), flipping once half way through
Oven – 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes covered, uncover for about 15-20 minutes.
Points? – I only charge myself 2 points for this chicken. Even though I dump way more than that in the bag, not all that is going in my tummy. So, the dressing is 2 points for 2 TBSP. And that is what I count it as. (the entire dinner was less than 5 points!)
**Tip – experiment with the seasoning. I use what I like, you should too! Also, if you prep this chicken when you bring it home from the store, then freeze, saves time!
