Friday nights in our house is designated pizza night. I LOVE pizza!! The thought of giving it up – absolutely not! Eating healthy isn’t about depriving ourselves, it just means finding healthy, but tasty options!
1/3 cup self-rising flour
3 Tbsp non fat Greek yogurt (more if needed)
Pizza sauce (I use great value, but use what you like)
1/3 cup fat free mozzarella
1/8 cup fat free cheddar
7 turkey pepperoni
7 Canadian bacon pieces
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine flour & yogurt. Once yogurt is somewhat incorporated, flour your hands and finish combining it into a ball. On a well floured surface, knead dough a minute or two. Roll out to desired thickness. Place in pizza pan and top as you like. I topped mine with 6 turkey pepperoni and 6 Canadian bacon pieces. My husband’s also had green olives.
Bake approximately 17 minutes or until crust is done to your liking. Cut and enjoy!!
Personalize it! Add veggies you like to bulk it up. Veggies are zero points on WW, so you don’t have to worry about increasing your points! Also, try some roasted chicken instead of pepperoni. Make it YOUR pizza.
